The mission is to create the "WOW" factor for people walking into the home. This can often be done with existing furniture. A new layout and strategically placed accessories can make all the difference. Showing the home at it's absolute best allows the owner to get the maximum value out of the home.

Designs to Stay Quite often once Lainey prepares a home for sale, the homeowners will have her into their new home to help them to chose colours, arrange furniture, place accessories, etc. No job is too small…..or too big, whether it is simply adding a few new pillows or starting with new paint, furniture and window coverings. When designing a home for living, Lainey does take into account the fact that it must be practical for everyday life, not just to look "pretty."
